Our Favourite Beach Walks

Hosta

Moments away from us you'll find Hosta Beach, across the machair a beautiful white sandy beach, miles of walking along this coastline.  Great place for storm watching too with huge swells that roll off the Atlantic!

Balranald Nature Reserve

Almost on our doorstep, Balranald Nature Reserve a wildlife heaven.  A key site in the Corncrake recovery program and other important breeding birds.  Fantastic walking and white sandy beaches.  Great little cafe there in the season too run by the campsite.

Clachan Sands

Views as far as the eye can see! This stunning location offers fabulous walking or just admiring that view.  Great location for machair flowers in the season. For great walking info head to Walk Highlands for extra information.
